It’s sourced from trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality: Gulf of America Shrimp from Paul Piazza & Son, Inc. of New Orleans, Jumbo Lump Crabmeat from Junior Barbour’s Seafoof of Coden, AL, and Louisiana Crawfish from C’est Bon Seafood in Church Point, LA. We also source our andouille sausage locally from Bryant’s Meats of Taylorsvile, MS. Our pies and other products are crafted with not only the freshest ingredients, but the finest! Whether you’re craving gourmet soups or pies, we’ve got you covered! You’re guaranteed to taste the fresh local dairy, crispy crust, and gourmet spices that we use and love.
